At The Skin Clinic, we are committed to providing you with high-quality skincare products and a seamless shopping experience. Please review our shipping and returns policy before making a purchase.

Shipping Policy

1.Processing Time

- Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

- Estimated delivery times depend on your location and carrier service. The Skin Clinic is not responsible for carrier delays.

3. Shipping Destinations

- We only ship within Canada.

- We do not offer international shipping at this time.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

- The Skin Clinic is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If an issue arises, please contact the carrier directly.

Returns & Refunds

  1. Eligibility for Returns

- Products may be returned within 5 days of delivery if they are unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

- Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

2. Return Process

  • Contact info@theskinclinic.ca with your order number and reason for return within 5 days of delivery.

  • If eligible, you will receive return instructions.

  • Ship the item(s) back to us at your own expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

3. Refunds

- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of your refund status.

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

- Shipping fees are non-refundable—if you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
